Biography
At the age of 16, Stevens was signed with the Brooklyn Dodgers. A few short years later at 20 he made it to the major leagues played for Brooklyn for three years before being sold to Pittsburgh, where he played another three seasons. He was a very goood defensive first baseman. After his career he continued on as a coach and a scout.
